At DrMediCart, your satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to a transparent, fair, and customer-focused refund policy. Please read the terms below before finalizing your purchase.
π 1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it.
Refunds for canceled orders will be processed with a 5% deduction to cover payment gateway charges.
β 2. Product Out of Stock
If an item is unavailable after purchase, we will issue a full 100% refund, no questions asked.
π¦ 3. Damaged Product or Incorrect Item
If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, please send video proof (unboxing) within 1 day of delivery.
After verification, we will process a 90% refund of the purchase amount.
β Note: No refunds for glass products due to their fragile nature and shipping risks.

If you receive a product that is expired, notify us within 1 day with video proof.
Upon verification, a 90% refund will be issued.

We strive to provide accurate images and descriptions. However, minor differences in packaging, labeling, or color do not qualify for refunds.
π International Orders & Customs

International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
DrMediCart is not liable for these charges.
π« Returns Due to Customs Issues
If an order is returned because:
- Customs duties were unpaid
- Delivery was refused
A refund will be issued minus the following:
- Original shipping cost
- Any customs/duty fees incurred
- 10% restocking fee
Refunds will only be granted if the item is returned in original, unused condition.

Refunds are credited back to the original payment method used at checkout.
Depending on your bank or provider, it may take 5β20 business days to reflect.
