- Boil drinking water and leave it till lukewarm.
- Gradually combine 7-level scoops** (33.5g) into 210ml of lukewarm water until the powder is dissolved. Also tastes excellent with milk. **1 scoop = 4.78g. Mixing with water at a higher body temperature may undermine the advantages of the probiotics.
